I've been writing poems since elementary school. They were my safe place. I found I was able to say what I was feeling and express myself through them. Some poems I write are about my life, some it's whatever I can imagine, others about those I love, and a few on the world. I write because poetry is my voice and it has always carried me through life. I've always wanted to publish a book of my writing and have been to scared. But here I stand to everyone here, I found my voice I found a home. I write cause it's the thing knowone can change or has taken from me. I was lost and now I am found. This is my stand...
