Poet Introduction
My outlook reflects my writing; make haste but don't hurry. I don't think of myself as a poet. That claim does little for me. I like to think I am working on obtaining that title.

Music, sports, reading, politics, education, dogs. That about sums up my life. Oh yeah add in a bit of volunteer work. Probably will be one of the oldest PhD candidates around unless the economy gets better real fast or a close associate wins the lottery!
In the hall on the bookshelf of the house I grew up in was a copy of Harold Robbins' The Betsy. Haven't been the same since.
No insult or offense intended but if you haven't at least checked in for over a year and were on "My Poets" list, you probably got bumped. At least logging in means you at least care enough to see what is going on.
