Poet Introduction
As stated above, my passion lies in music and as such, most of my poems will be spoken word.

My name is Deafinition and I'm a musician/poet. I'm mostly a musician but I enjoy doing spoken word from time to time as well. Some of my songs can often contain poetic styles and some of my poems have also became verses to some of my songs.
I'm by no means an expert in poetry nor do I ever pretend to be. While I enjoy reading poetry, my knowledge of past and present poets is extremely limited. I don't feel this hinders my ability in any sort of way and in some cases, I feel this actually keeps me from accidentally merging my style with someone else's style.
As a musician I often find myself writing poetry with a certain, mental rhythm. Almost as if you could nod your head while listening to or reading it. This isn't the case 100% of the time but more often than not it happens.
Also, a big thanks to my very good friend, Jesta, for bringing me here. Move love, sweets.
