A letter to A friend (for you April) please read

April 03:
A very long time ago the most amazing girl was born on this day.... She was born with cystic fibrosis. She spent her life living happy and not caring about anything. She was a true miracle and I will love her till the day I die.
May 14:
12 years later she sits in the hospital on her death bed. She doesn't shed a tear and she's not afraid to die. 12 years old and dying..... She went to visit God today early in the morning the only time she cried was holding onto her mothers arms as she died.

This little girl was my best friend and my little sis. Today she would be 15. She is living proof that no matter what happens you can always have a smile on your face. I remember the day I met her. She was horribly small but she had the biggest smile on her face. I loved her and we became friends fast.......

She will always be in my heart and I will always love her. Today is a time to celebrate how she would have been if she were still alive. April Brooks if you can see me and read this please know this:

I love you hunny. You were the best friend a girl could ever have and though I only knew you for a short time you really had an impact on me. I may not be realizing it till now but you really did. I love you hunny forever and always little sis.

Rest In Peace baby girl. We will meet someday soon. and I will never forget you. hugs and kisses sweetie <3
