does any one notice?

Does any one notice the blood stain on my sheets?
Does any one notice the ego mask I throw up to throw you off?
I feel numb physically and mentally.
Hold a flame to the ice sheet skin of my body and i can feel no pain.
Cut me with a knife the result is the same.
I know am not dead , but i feel close.
The icy breath on my neck.
Cracked yellowed bone hands placed on my waist
A meatless, heartless chest on my back
He waits for me ,but does any one notice?
Does any one care?
That there's a corpse on my heart ,death on my brain.
