Just another day

It's morning again and the rain
Is falling on my window pane
incessantly, gently...
The cold rain inspires me,
To pen down these words
to touch your heart...
My mind could use a
relief from all these thoughts
Love lost, love spurned
The world seems  
So grey and lonely
from this empty bed
Without you….
Maybe I'm just
Pining for nothing at all
Just wistful thoughts
Gossamer dreams
Perhaps, I'll try to
Live a life dreamless
No ache, no pain
No hurt...
Tomorrow will be
Just another day
Travelling towards
chosen destinations
A life propelled.
