Alone no More

There is much distance between me and you
Sitting here alone staring at blank walls
Waiting for my phone to ring, keeps my heart
and my soul from being blue I love you madly…yes I do
but  my  heart it dose grow faint…like watching paint dry
It’s wearing on my mind making me dizzy sending me into oblivion
My body in turmoil thinking I may never again know your touch

you are  getting  closer to me it’s like a pair of invisible hands appear
tearing  you away keeping me at bay if only I could convey

like  ice  upon a hot summers day you make my heart sing

I’d give anything to forever remain with you
Although we are apart it is only distance not by heart
Sometimes I feel it’s more than I can bare, but for now I
Will settle for what we have it’s better than nothing at all
We know it’s our destiny to be together forever and in time

far apart and know the defeat of lost love
