The Preacher's Last Words

Are we stuck in cages?
Do we abhor the light?
Sticking our claws out
Clawing at our food

Sympathy is gone from us
We destroyed all honesty
So we don't trust an honest man
And burn them at the stake

Withcraft and sorcery do not exist
For God cleansed us during the Flood
Left only Noah and the righteous
Along with the beasts and their prey

We should not fear the darkness
Because our light is full and strong
It guides the way against the wrong
And leads us unto the path of righteousness

We are in the glory of our Lord
Those who accept Him in our lives
Have nothing to fear from the doings
Of the men guided by the Devil

So I fear none of you here today
That are taking my life away
For none are in the glory of God
And all of you fear His mighty hand

So burn my ash filled body
And see my soul be set free
While you all stay in this sinful world
To rot away for eternal damnation
