though it does seem that way
if I look at the glass plain of calm shallows shimmering
after they caress your calves and ripple shoreward;

I love the simplicity of it, as well as the short, deep, emotions. It's a very beautiful poem, good job! If you enjoy dark poems like some of the ones you have written, maybe you should check out some of mine. You may like them, who knows? :)
