Shades Of Me

There are two shades of me,

One is who I call myself,

The Second you cant see.

The Second wants to see you dead,

Or maybe something worse.

The second stays inside my head.

These are the shades that animate my life,

They are my darkness and light.

This is the shade of my Heart, so bright,

This is that of my Mind, black as Night.



I cherish what I had,

I’m thankful for what I have.

Guess Life aint all that bad.

I’ve loved and I still do,

I’ve lost, but those who matter,

Well, They still love me, too.

This is the shade of my Heart, feel its light,

I let it embrace my life.

This is the shade that colors me bright,

Till my mind and it’s beast come to fight.



Look. Pain is what you’ll see,

Everywhere and all around,

Weakness. Fear. Suffering.

Is it wrong to feel high,

Knowing that none will survive,

The Evil in these eyes.

This is the shade of my Mind, do feel fright.

Then turn and run, cause you’re right.

This is the shade that brings awkward delight,

In watching you scream and beg for your life.



There’s Beauty all around,

And Look, Its everywhere.

Never seen it so abound!

I wouldn’t change a thing,

Cause I fear that things would change.

And Beauty Would be Suffering.

This is the shade of my Heart, feel it’s light.

I let it enfold my life.

This is the shade that colors me bright,

And keeps my mind from rousing strife.



There are things you cant see,

Thoughts of pain and torturing.

Things beyond your worst dreams.

Things that you will never find,

Unless, somehow, you find yourself

The victim of an evil mind.
