Excesses
Princes and princesses , indulge in your excesses, squabble over your imaginary domains, fight over joy's remains, heads held high as life passes you by,
So wear your hollow crown, look in the mirror and admire that fashionable frown, the fruits of your misguided labours rot and fester under your watchful gaze, loneliness fills all of your days, so tell me again that all I do is preach, why should i advise your highness and try to teach what shouldn't have to be taught, try to show the value of affection that hasn't been bought, so imagine your shiny thrones, and make them from your life's bones
