hope flees her  
she's left with nothing  
but unwanted desperation  
to get the hell out of there  
 
too many people  
full of smiles and laughter  
she wants to scream  
but she won't make a scene  
 
she wishes she could be  
like everyone else there  
not trapped by her mind  
and watching the unfair world  
 
she needs to get out  
to be alone and cry  
to scream out all the pain  
but she can't...  
 
she holds it back  
suffocating in others' happiness  
social interactions are impossible  
and back into her mind she escapes  
 
there's no way out  
no place to go  
nothing she can do  
except drown in her woe ...forever.
