Curse Of A Suicidal Earth
The last words mumbled
Under weak breath
Will be a curse
To this day
But before that
I am anew
Cleansed of yesterday
And its mess
I walk along
Through other’s lives
Tired dissidence
All I find
A harsh philosophy
Rules the now
Save the world
Kill yourself
Burning buildings
To my left
Year-long riots
To my right
You’ve come and gone
So I’m not looking
For an answer
Stuck in the question
Doesn’t matter anyway
In front of me
Lies even worse news
World lost its soul
I am dirty again
On the skin
And in the head
This mess prevails
My feet fail me
Before evening’s shadows
Take hold
And hide twisted faces
Then the curse
May this world
Save itself
By dying quick
Under weak breath
Will be a curse
To this day
But before that
I am anew
Cleansed of yesterday
And its mess
I walk along
Through other’s lives
Tired dissidence
All I find
A harsh philosophy
Rules the now
Save the world
Kill yourself
Burning buildings
To my left
Year-long riots
To my right
You’ve come and gone
So I’m not looking
For an answer
Stuck in the question
Doesn’t matter anyway
In front of me
Lies even worse news
World lost its soul
I am dirty again
On the skin
And in the head
This mess prevails
My feet fail me
Before evening’s shadows
Take hold
And hide twisted faces
Then the curse
May this world
Save itself
By dying quick
