Calmness

Iv been searching 
Searching everywhere
Turned my body inside out
Listen to my heart beat
Preying for an answer
Mind split into three
The Subconscious and conscious 
I didn't know which one to be
Then I became the observer
The observer of mind confused
In an illusion
Trying to be inspired
From the world I desired
But then I had an epiphany
It was my heart all along
The one that would write a beat to a song
Feeling life with my soul
That's where the answers lie
In the truth of I 
I let my body relax 
Feel the flow of my inner person
The one that had an eye for  nature
That could see the ruff waters
And still keep a calm flow
Deep below 
Where your mind body and soul
Are separate beings trying to be one
The journeys only just begun 
Accept the world as it is
Finding the torture 
To enjoy the freedom
That the body craves
Finding the confidence
That I someHow lost
Like it was a tooch of frost
Frozen for centuries
But still forever changing 
My mind savings
The thoughts and memories
That I have chosen
