Insanity

Dissecting his words and wondering why
The thoughts in my head are of this new guy
I haven’t felt this way in a very long time
Excited for him to read my every line
Not trying to impress, just being myself
Unbelievable are my effects on everyone else
Waiting for his comments and reading his words
The way his pen flows is something unheard
So sensual, romantic and hot with a twist
The last couple lines usually consist
Of metaphorical wonders that always make me think
About what is going on with him and why do we sync
Like an IPod and Bluetooth such a brilliant pair
Understanding what’s inside the other
Responding to invisible waves all words left to ponder
My sentences he knows every word, every line
Filling in the blanks with words his own, he is lyrically divine
An avatar is all we have seen but that doesn’t matter
It’s what’s in between the flesh that makes him so clever
I imagine what his voice is like reciting the words I write
As I read his poems over again gaining a new insight
Was it me all along that he wrote about each night
Did I miss his every intention
Because my name he did not mention
Am I crazy to even imagine what another may feel
For this girl who is so raw, hardcore and real
Thinking no one could want a mind like mine
I have shared so much with him through my words
Always written with pen, no voices ever heard
The distance between may never be closed
If the words keep exchanging  in this series we compose
Human nature will ignite what is wanted by so many
I have to stop now or just plead insanity
