If you didn't expect this

You haven't been paying attention

I have seen enough of this world

Tired of living a questioned existence

Playing happy keeping the truth hidden

I have lived my last hopeless tomorrow

Bled out all my years of sorrow

Put to rest my forever broken heart

Flat lined lost myself in the dark

I was already dead before I ended it

Before love attempted to save me

Double edged slowly breaking me

Before death ripped away my family

Sentencing me to depression, insanity

Before I began to question everything

Realizing there is no point to anything

I was dead, because I never choose to live

I wasn't the one asked for this

To be born into a world like this

Always wanting to escape

Take what has been created and just erase

So I have brought forth my dieing day

To fade from the world and memories

So do me a favor and forget me

It's not your fault, nothing could save me

Live without regret and look foward

Mine may be, but your life is not over
