Before and after photographs
can sometimes make you think,
"I wonder what these Fitspo girls
really like to drink?"

The thought that when they
were before you wouldn't give a look
but now that they have lost that weight
their number's in your book?

I liked the girl just fine before,
she made me smile and wonder,
so just to think of her as hot
because of weight alone's a blunder.

Oh, I'm glad she's healthy now
that means we'll go and do,
but I saw in her her everything
before she made it through.

It's just now the confidence
that sexy knowing strength
that made her feel what was inside
that gives her stride its length.
