On the earthy verdure
bamboo and lilies dot the canvas
snapshots of life emerging
fragrant and steadfast

Words spoken and sown

flourishing inspiration

Outgrowing restraint
tearing at the seams
of sheltered understanding
sepal of soul making way
for petals to bathe

An autumn thunderstorm
