Rolling and Smoking
Cutting the cigar in half to gut it
Left with just some paper and leaf
Breaking the buds into tiny bits of weed
Resting on the edge of the cigar paper
Breathing on the leaf to make the process quicker
Lift and pull down pushing the weed together
Rolling it up gently keeping it compound
Licking over the leaf as I wrap it around
Moving the lighter over what is now a blunt
Rapidly in order to dry it up
Light it, bright red is what the end becomes
Inhale deep and let it rest in your lungs
Exhale softly letting the smoke run
Release from your mouth and nose all at once
Taking on its own shape in a clouded flow
Live as reality begins to slow
Feel the music pulse through your soul
Take another pull and let everything else go
Step into a world between worlds
Hunger begins to attack your brain
The high begins to escalate
How you want to feel begins to take shape
Happiness, laughter, relaxed, horny, alive
Continue to smoke, fulfill what you desire
Hurry you may only have a few hours
Before your high begins to fade
When reality claims it place
