Fuck NBC/FOX/ABC TIME IS INSIDE OF YOU.
I am not this man outside of it all
The news on the TV tells me I am
Time is internal, and I'm just making it
worth my while, worth my rhyme.
It is easy to reject or accept a farce
When one has been made blind
Looking at the clock, watching the cars
seeing the stars, watching it all go by
"It's all a charade and I can't do shit!"
she says, while fairies burn away off
the crest of her lips and ash falls in her lap
She notices only her digression, her incendiary cough
And I notice her from across the way
I watch her escape and see the light follow her
Into the darkness she goes, her heart increasing tempo
The blood spurts from her wrists, blood in her birth
I just keep watching like a wallflower
Dust beams in her wake fall like the wall towers
at Tenochtitlan, disease crawls in unknown
Filled with compressed vibrations, depression
I see her and she sees me, finally
Anxiety swarms me like a nest of bees
Just three peaceful eyes inside a seed
I slit the throat of pain "Everything is gonna be okay"
She feels a vibration bestowing the earth
and asks what is this beautiful feeling?
She gets up crying, watching her soft skin, peeling
She sees the fairies and moths, waves of mirth
We sit in the darkness as I watch her fade away
She doesn't care, but just knows she isn't a farce
Rapid heartbeat, a gentle wind blows, negativity sparse
I say you aren't what you see, but what portrays you
She smiles sweetly at me, and as the darkness clears
People slowly reappear, she walks back to watch cars
Sits on her knees and looks out her window
Not saying a word, but only feeling good inflow
I get up and walk home.
And I keep thinking alone
How this life will give me
All that I need.
