Only You

Sometimes, fantasy is all there is, oh! but what beautiful fantasies...

They asked Mark Rothko about his work being abstract and he said that his work was, "Straight out of Rembrandt."  Likewise, this, instead of fantasy, is straight out of reality, written as it happened, and it really is a note of the moment written in the middle of ecstasy, and so as real as a moment could be. While I agree with you that sometimes a fantasy is all you get, in the end, that is all we perceive in a world that will not allow us direct contact with it due to our misapprehensions of the material plane and the displacement we sense because of the quantum spectrum of non-lucidity through which we must filter our comprehensions.  But, in this case, this moment, this was real, and I am solidly encased in the fossilized assurance that it is a moment fixed in time that will have no end.  Your insights are very welcome and gave me a moment to clarify what may not have seemed more obvious in my poetic exuberance.  Thank you for giving me occasion to clarify a moment that is so very precious to me, Grace.

"A moment fixed in time" throughout our lives we have theses moments seem to stop time, something about them gets blazoned into our memory where it remains crystal clear forever, but when we try to write about them sometimes they don't translate as we see them. None the less this was a very interesting and enjoyable read.Good job RT.
