When I came to you
filled with desire
heart all a glow
body on fire

When I searched for you
you were not there
was i that mistaken
you'd play the game fair

When i couldn't find you
where you said you were
never in my lifetime
did lying occur

When finally i saw you
with face full of lies
deceit flowing freely
contempt filled my eyes

When you spoke at that moment
i felt the disdain
but even then my heart
filled with such pain

When i finally could breathe
slowly i turned
seeing her there
with shame my face burned

When you looked at me
I then turned to say
Goodbye and good riddance
as I walked away

When you called my name
with sobs in you tone
I smiled to myself
now you're all alone
