Realm of Shadows

Wandering through the darkness
Crying from the endless pain
I only find more pain
I can't survive much longer

For years I've been searching
Weakened what I've endured
Though it's all been the same
It feels harsher every day

I try to lie to myself sometimes
Telling myself I'll find another
Yet I know there is only me
In this realm of shadows alone

I only wish to find someone
To help me out of these shadows
And wipe these tears and scars away
Lifting this depression from me

But through all the years I find
That there is not a soul willing
To enter these shadows and cure me
So I walk on alone forever
Until the day that I finally die
