Bittersweet Dose, (Collab with Zombie) fix*

Don't look down,
My veins still flow,
my AC has gone too far, too cold.
So I visualized this artic snow,
on a way to make this pain
something I would know.

I drop two more
off the window pane,
and Wipe this Tech-nicolor stain,
from my eyes.
Just in time to see this world jump up,
and come alive.
Even the water seems to have a heartbeat,
with an acrylic splash,
upon my feet.

The Neon lightning...
How it dances in the sky
Like an explosion of colour,
on last fourth of July.

My reflection seems to melt to glass,
dripping like paint on a canvas.
I blink once more,
it disappears into the darkness.
Thoughts float away making a puzzle in the air.
Its silhouette, so tortuous,
nothing ever could compare.

Ring around the crown,
This Jesters hat.
The plastered frown,
Painted my clouds all black.


The ground starts to tremble,
then shatter beneath me.
If I were an ounce of sanity,
it would take a lifetime to find me.
Climbing through the mountain tops,
the sun is almost blinding.
I close my eyes and count to three,
hoping gravity will guide me.


I quickly let go,and float through the air.
My smile starts to glow,
as my mind knows no fear.


I slip back into a realistic frame,
as the dose starts to wear thin.
Take a deep breath,
cerebration a mess.
Sinking into my own vacant skin.
The memories of this,
they fade with the wind.
Finally I’ve got complete grip.



Lustrous.
Self-seeking.
Dangerous.
