Dust to Dust

ash to ash,
dust to dust,
my heart left out in the rain to rust,
My hopes and dreams have gone away,
never to be seen on another day,
In this field i shall lay,
Till my end,
My final day,
You left me broken,
you left me shattered,
with my feelings truly tattered,
You don't know how I feel,
But in this poem i do reveal,
You'll never know just how I feel,
To this day you still don't know,
how it feels to watch you go...
