What's A Batman Without A Robin?

The dark night he's called
They all claim he isn't flawed

I've saved his life to may times to count
Yet I get no credit? What's that about?

Sure he adopted little orphan me
But I have talent too you see?

I'm intelligent..I make gadgets too
I'm an acrobat...skilled enough for the Olympics..its true

I'm a skilled detective...no blood hound needed
So why aren't I appreciated?

How come the girls all run for Batman
And what about me...Robin...don't I get a fan?

No wonder Dick Grayson became Nightwing
He didn't quite go evil but he got the independence he was wanting

Yes I love Batman..he's like my dad
And honestly its oh so sad..

I guess all I'm asking for is something simple
"Nice job son" its a few words that are oh so little

I'm not just a sidekick
I'm a boy with a little more then just a trick

I'm Robin...Boy Wonder
I'm not just a kid with a utility belt who's a junker
