Beauty in the Darkness

The day evanesces into a gleaming twilight.
Heavenly blue skies transform to various shades of blushing pink and vibrant purple.
Soon will be the arrival of gleaming immaculate moonlight...
At this time I feel the most tranquil.

Daylight finally dwindles into an ethereal darkness.
The moonlight casts shadows down upon the earth beneath my feet.
The radiant glow from the moon can only be described as simply beautiful and wondrous.
I am here, in a place so serene, accompanied by solitude so sweet.

The wind filling the night with a soft lyrical melody...
A melody that calms the soul with a gentle caress...
It flows through my body ever so freely.
Here in this place of enchantment, my emotions, I cannot suppress.

I am surrounded by vast trees.
Enveloped by their canopy-like formation of branches...
Foliage and vegetation cover the earth, creating the most beautiful of sceneries.
The full moon throwing its rays that dance upon the soft soil, and to this earth, with light, it drenches.

A place of peace and serenity...
Sweet music can be heard throughout and provides solace.
Through the trees, the moon shines lustrously.
It is here that I find beauty in the darkness.
