All dressed in white
Tears run down her face
Where's her innocence?
Beautiful bride
Raped and scorned
She buries the groom
Pretty little girl
She said
"Why mother?"
Daddy's dead
Poor daddy
Broken down home
Consumption overload
Cuts grace her raw skin
Mother can't be here no more

Taken away
Stuck with strangers
While her mother rots in hell
