Island Nothing  (Part 2)

I sit upon my throne
Among the ashes and ruins
Luna's song fades in the distance
Silence gives a helping hand
My thoughts echo through the caves
And scream aloud with unknown rage
They dance around me
And swallow me into my misery
Sand weighs down and pulls me in
Mercy
I beg
I hear Luna's wicked laugher way beyond
I found Rose in her despair
Petals deade and wilted
She never seized to captivate me
Her thorns were painted red in rememberance of lost lovers
I wouldn't let go of her
Not like they did
The moon and stars
Were carved on here face
Her body spoke with beauty and grace
Resistance was painful
The gypsie lied
Stole my money
Now death hovered above me, ready to pounce
I couldn't help but to admire as red spilled from me and over the ashes
Brightened all the dull gray
Into oblivion, I faded
Following Luna's song
I would see her again, but not today
I found heaven at the end of time
It wasn't what they said it was
It was me, happy as can be
The birds sang, and the flowers grew
But something was missing
Where were you?
I howl with the wind and cry with the rain
Why does happiness bringsuch pain?
