Sweet happiness

Silence is all around.
Screaming I can't be found.
Help me I'm in the dark.
Try to reach me but I'm just to far.

Pain thats all I feel.
My life is just surreal.
Can't.. can't cant fight back.
I know strength is what I lack.

Depression deep inside.
All I want to do is hide.
Just trying stop it all for now.
Trying to leave this horrid town.

One day I'll be free.
Free to be the unique me.
But here I'm just judged.
Everyone wants to hold a grudge.

Why can't life be simple?
Why can't people be civil?
What has this world come to?
A world of hate and a world of shrews.

All I want is a world of love.
Not the pain of a dying dove.
I beg and plead for sweet joy
But atlas society is so just coy.
