It's against my will

My heart feels tight, My hands tremble as I type

My mind feels like a numb staircase
Stumbling over unknown steps, old memories, my best friend the basket case as they liked to say
My stomach feels sick

But there's vomit on the floor
And I can't locate the door

One last pill
Maybe I'll feel better
But my breath is getting thinner

The back of my brain burns

My stomach still churns
