Oh, Sweet Death!
Take me in thy cold
embrace. Enfold me
with the eternal gloom
of thy darkness!
Sweet lover! End this
pitiful charade called
life. End the torment
of unfullfilled dreams.
The lust and pains of
the flesh.
Make me light as dust,
as smoke blowing in the
wind. Light, untethered
and free. Forever released
from the chains of life.

Thank you! We have all longed for death and some of us have gone further. Still...I try to dissuade people from suicide.
