Her Soul

I walk in my room
To see my sister sitting in gloom
She'd been shuffling through everything
I'm wandering her reasoning

"Dear are you okay?"
I question with out delay
"No dear sister I am not"
She replies showing me her eyes that are blood shot

"What happened? Why is everything scattered?"
She walked over grabbing my hand..that's when I shattered

"I'm soul my dear I can't find it
Its lost somewhere in here..I can't just sit"

I find this funny you see
I would've expected this more from Sammie

I giggle a little and look at her agitated face
I reply with all my grace..

"You can't find your soul
Cause your heart has taken its toll

Its still there
Even if you think it hiding isn't fair

I promise Cherry dear
It didn't run away like you fear

This Alice being me
Will have your soul remove its mask you see"

She grins and hugs me
"Just give me sometime you see"
