This Life

A cliff
before her very eyes.
This life
is so full of lies.
She looks down sad
and cries.
Everyone told her
this would be nice.
But now she stands
without allies.
She wonders,
why there is no one who tries,
no one to realize,
no one to recognize ,
that we have to pay a price.
Time to apologize.
We cannot sympathise
with people who aggrandise
this world which slowly dies.

We have to say our good-byes.
