I made you cry
But you made me want to die
I made you hurt everyday
You hurt me with everything you say
I lied and shunned you from truth
Only cause you keep stealing my youth
I brought your heart a little pain
You never saved me from the rain
I made you disappointed today
And you let me die every day
I'm so sorry I'm not perfect
And I'm sorry I'm not worth it
I'm sorry I didn't come out as planned
And I'm sorry I finally took a stand

Why the hell are you "sorry I finally took a stand?" I see guilt, "I lied and shunned you from truth." All truth? "Standing up" is your right. No? You have a good poem here. But it is too predictable.
