Darkness

As the light fades so does my heartbeat.
My life in the light is no more ive been cursed to live in the dark
Eternity is nothing here. Life and death are the same.
As my heart slows I finally accept my fate.
My fate is sealed and my free will is no more.
I long to see the sun but alas my longing cannot be filled.
Seeing the light while living in the dark is forbidden.
We are locked in this hell till time slows to a stop.
Only then shall I see the light once again.
But who shall I be? I am not sure. I cannot remember.
My memories are gone. They left me in the dark.
Maybe darkness is where I belong. It harbors the monster I used to be.
I shall always be apart of the unforboading night, the dark we all so fear and fear we should.
Cause its all you'll ever again see.
