The Peasant, and the Maiden

Once upon a time,
in a land far away,
'twas a man with a lime,
and a bail full of hay.

This was all he had,
he was lonely, it's true,
he was always sad,
but oh, what to do?

That's when he looked up,
and what did he saw?
He had to keep his chin up,
for she was pretty and tall.

She seemed perfect, in all ways but one,
like him, she was lonely,
but that could be undone.

So he asked the fair lady,
he asked, "Could you pleasure with me moment?".
She said,"Of course,
here, you can even take more."

He wooed her, and swayed her,
until they fell in love,
he loved her, and cared for her,
and that was enough.
