The Beggers

Once upon a time,
A woman left her kids.
One of them kind,
The other a witch.
They walked the village
all alone.
With out a bed to sleep,
No where to go.
They begged on the streets,
Nobody seemed to care,
Both on bloody knees.
Life wasn't being fair.
She thought,
"Maybe we'd have better luck
If one was blind.
Brother! I have a plan!
Quick, give me your eyes!"
She picked up a fork,
And gouged them out.
Blood puddled on the floor,
His lips sewn shut,
So he wouldn't make a sound.
She gave him a can,
And told him to sit.
Then came a man
Whose pocket was thick.
He stared at the boy
For a minute or two,
Gave him a coin. Then asked,
"Who did this to you?"
The boy pointed to a cave,
That was just up ahead.
The man was brave,
Entered without dread.
He saw a shimmering light,
At the end of the cave.
Then pulled out a knife,
Just to be safe.
As he got closer
His hair began to stand.
Chills up to his shoulders,
When he hears a girl laugh.
The brave man slips
Falls to the ground.
The knife cuts his wrist
Everything bleeds out.
The girl walks towards him
Picks up the knife.
Stares with an evil grin,
Then ends his life.
She peels off his skin,
Carefully pulls out his eyes.
Sews them on to the kid,
That was waiting outside.
They both walk in
The dark deserted cave.
Then they begin
To savagely feast on their prey.
