Salt in the wound

Will I ever get what I want, probably not.  I ask beg and plead, but you still won't. I don't know why it's not a hard thing I'm asking of you. Only that you tell the truth, stand up to those who don't have your best interest in mind, admit what you've done. It could be worse, I could ask you to leave me alone never to call or come over again. Your lack of action speaks volumes, your words mean nothing. It seems that it Does not matter that your hurting me more, only that you get your way. Why? Have I not always been honest with you, faithful and loving as well. Have I not done what you asked, no matter the consequences. So why do you keep putting me off. Why won't you answer my questions, or do as I ask. I guess you really don't care how it affects me. As if you hadn't hurt me enough, now your just rubbing salt in the wound.
