I Want

To take up a blade and pierce my skin
To pick up the bottle and drown everything in alcohol
To light the end of the paper and take a long drag
To drown it out like you do.

To know what it's like to be carefree but tortured
To destroy the evidence with a forgetful mind
To forget my flaws and live with aloofness
To use someone and not get attached.

I Hate

To understand as much as I do now
To be so kind when everyone is cruel
To see the world when it's all messed up
To watch everyone dying slowly.

To remember the feeling of the cold
To feel nothing when nothing is given in return
To drown in the emptiness that swallows me
