Medley

This poem was originally written by my father for my mother. Is so beautiful I had to share.

If I could create the world anew,
I would start with just you and I,
Lazy summer days,
Tall yellow flowers,
And cool evening winds,
Each day a rainbow,
And Each night, a falling star,
I perhaps a poet,
And you, just as you are
