Out of My Reach

I see you,
But you are out of my reach.
I try...
And I try...
But it never seems to be enough,
Because, you have yet to be in my arms.
You are out of my reach.

The tears I cry are from the pain.
The pain I feel when I am no longer with you.
The light is gone,
The warmth that I once felt,
Is no where to be found.
And all I can see is this darkness.

This never ending black abyss.
