MY NEW FRIEND

it is not illegal but defiantly gray
standing there at the store
people walking by
i watch (test) this object
knowing what i could do with it
it thrills me

in the car now the item in my purse
just a small amount did i have to pay
but what great enjoyment will i get ( for the test to come)
i am home now
friends are home
my husband beside me
how can I get away with it

your friends you show them the new item
its completely safe
your friend puts it to his chest
it stops

I see my opportunity
i take my new friend out of my purse
press it to my leg
it stops
wow that was lame

I pull it away
blood seeps out
oops mine is sharper I say

I enjoy the small moment of my past
as i show my new wound to those around me.
