His Eyes

His eyes are like the most amazing forest
With a deep olive green that can stretch on for miles
Seeing the way the sunlight seems to reflect and exaggerate every single little leaf
When I stare into his eyes all I see is the wonders that could be found in that place
How just in that place alone I could've all my wildest wishes granted and my fantasies could truly be alive
But when sadness lives among the trees
It's like a never-ending rain that even through the pain that place seems to be even more beautiful
Although I still wish for the star-bursting sun rays to bring happiness back to this wonderland
For now my only wish is to roam the dark depths of this eyes to truly be able to know
Oh but if I am not the one that is to help his sun lighten it
Then my true only prayer is to never see the day when the forbidden forest in his eyes dies
