I suppose I would be the rued if I could choose but I never really thought about it like that. Thanks for the commentation it's very thought provoking!
I would imagin in this scenario the ruled are in fact the rulers of their ruler so I dont quite know how to answer your question properly

seriously now? this is just a silly little poem then, if it bothers you so then I'll change the title but really its 3 fuckin lines and 17 sylables (I.E. haiku definition) in the format of 5-7-5
So I really don't even care at this point! It's amusing and it makes me smile. I don't care if it's a "proper" haiku or not so what ever... I enjoyed thinking it up and writing it...
