It distracts and pesters 'til you hear it's voice
It says "you can't ignore me, I'm not here through choice"

A feeling is something you don't have to act on,
But you must let your heart have an inner reaction,
Acknowledge, accept, be true to yourself,
or you might find it fucks up you head and your health.
