I tried forgetting,
that didnt work.
I tried remembering,
that made it worse.
I realized that there's nothing
there to help me.
I wont ignore that fact that im hurting,
even though you do.
I dont need much.
I`ll settle for just a wave from you.
You see me but you pretend you dont.
I just wanna talk but you wont.
When I say talk, I dont mean texting.
Cause that we do.
I wanna hear your voice and
actually be with you.
But when I see your happy,
I cant help but smile.
Even though I realize that means,
I`ll probably be hurting for a while.
I haven`t lost you, but your gone.
This friendship`s not dead, but it`s not alive.
Even when im standing right next to you
you feel so distant.
Please make up your mind,
Cause it`s worse having you halfway
then not at all.
