KEYS

In one lifetime
We hold many keys
To many doors.
Some we open many times
And some we never see again.
Keys to boxes we lock
And hold
But never open.
Keys that connect us to others
And keys we invent
That open our imaginations.
But however many keys
We may collect
Throughout our life
We must remember,
There is no lock
On the final door.
