Acoustic changes/song changes and some meaning
There are some changes I've done to make an acoustic version out of the original and the biggest is the soft breakdown.  A soft breakdown is like a breakdown, except it's more of a clean sound without much distortion and dirty sounds from the guitar.  So it's my way of describing the sound of how you would play that part of the verse.  I also got the term 51-50 from the documentary about Steve-o, you can look it up on what 51-50 or 50-51 is about online.

Original Song meaning
The meaning of this song is about the confusion o ones life and searching for peace while being confused about who you are.  What I want you guys too know and get out of this song is to realize that miracles are not that far at all, but it's something we must force upon ourselves sometimes.  The mass cure we are searching for is to not plan and do suicide, so this song tells us to search for the mass cure for the voiceless in order for those to open up their fucking mouth and scream for the truth.  This song is influenced by 2 songs "This is War" by "30 Seconds to Mars" and "Promised Ones" by "Blessthefall."  This song has some story concepts put into it from my series of stories called "Of Sleepers, Of Genocide," and it also holds a lot of personal life experiences as well.
