Fare Thee Well

Oh dear one, she is intoxicated by the fact that she no longer needs to find the right words to make you understand her. Her going. It is a take charge mode that her my mind is in. The only thing she needs to grasp is time. To move forward with it in the most delectable way, to make every moment from here on count. Time is something you took from her, and words, yes even those, leaving her no voice for far too long. But she has made up for that in ways that you cannot begin to fathom. So many things she has loved where you could show her none. To put her thoughts, words to paper leaving an indelible mark. Ordinary everyday people passing by, just to share a smile invoked more happiness than you were able to give. You my dear, have been her dark ominous cloud for far too long, and now she can rise above and see all is finally crystal clear. She has been missing for far too long, but oh she is still here. You can no longer steal her dreams, she is awake with them. Yes it is certainly an end, and one too long coming. There is so much more to life than being stuck in your storm. You have held her captive here for far too long. There is much you did to harm her, so many things she lost. But life is much too precious for her to waste any longer in your wake of denial, that is much too high a price, and one she can no longer afford. You think you have left her with nothing, in a means to hold her back, but believe me she is quite intact. For that is something you cannot take no matter how hard you tried to vanquish her spirit, to take her down with you. So she leaves you with this one thought, and believe me she owes you nothing more, be well dear one and true to yourself, because that is all you've got.
